Please be advised that due to hygienic reasons there are no refunds or exchanges on skin care and body care products (exceptions will be made for manufacturing defects*)
If there is an issue with the order you have received, please provide a clear photo of the unit(s) received and a description of the issue to orders@novospa.ca
* If a return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately five business days to reflect any credits.
